Payment for Services

Payment is due at the time of services rendered unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to the session date. Cash, Check and Credit Payment accepted. Automatic, secured payment offered in order to maximize session time. There is a $40 fee for all returned checks.

Stephanie McAtee currently accepts Care First / Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, Fee-for-Service* payment and is an Out-of-Network provider for most insurance companies. Superbills will be generated monthly and you are responsible for submitting receipts to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for any Out of Network and/or reimbursement related information. You are responsible for ensuring your authorization through your insurance company.

* Session Fee: $175 per session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise discussed.  Late Cancellation Fee will be assigned if 48 hours notice not provided (at $175).

Amy Henry accepts Fee-for-Service* payment and is an Out-of-Network provider for most insurance companies.
