Individual Therapy

Individual TherapyIndividual therapy provides a unique opportunity to focus on the self in order to address disruptive symptoms, problematic patterns of behaviors, and mental health stress. Individual counseling is an excellent time to honor oneself and give voice to needs and core beliefs that need to be explored and redefined.  Often in today's busy world it becomes second nature to put ourselves behind perceived and real expectations.  Individual therapy allows a framework of safety to seek answers, examine and heal from the past, and define future possibilities.

Couples/Marriage Therapy

Couples therapy can be an essential tool to address current pain, stress and challenges within your relationship.  It can also be used as a dedicated time to honor the healthy relationship and proactively connect in order to prevent life stress from becoming overwhelming and fracturing a strong foundation.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful way to process emotions as well as build relationships and gain a stronger sense of self. Groups are held for teens who are experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, and life transition overwhelm. Group counseling allows a sense of sameness to exist during times of great loneliness. Group members are able to support each other and learn new tools under the skilled facilitation of a therapist.

Clinical Supervision:

Clinicians working toward LCPC licensure are able to work with a Licensed Psychotherapist and Approved Supervisor in order to gain the hours needed for their complete license. Discussing cases and specific treatment modalities during this time allows space to develop skill in providing therapy within a supportive network.
