Amy Henry, LCPC

If you’re reading this, then you’ve already taken the first step toward healing. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorder, trauma, or other challenges, I can help you forge a path forward. I will work collaboratively with you to establish personalized therapy goals, tailored to your specific needs. I will work diligently to foster an environment in which you feel safe, accepted, seen, heard, and never judged. In our work together, you can expect me to be compassionate, honest, and real; I will be patient while encouraging you to confront the real underlying issues.

I specialize in eating disorders and trauma, and have a lot of experience with different anxiety and mood disorders. I take an integrative approach to therapy; I am trained in EMDR and IFS, and incorporate skills from other modalities to compliment these therapeutic techniques. My focus is to help you improve your relationship with yourself through vulnerability, acceptance, understanding, and self-compassion, in order to promote long-lasting change.

I would love the opportunity to be a part of your journey, and help you achieve the things that you want for yourself. Whether that’s alleviating symptoms to live in the present, letting go of the pain of the past to look toward the future, finding purpose, or developing meaningful relationships. Whatever it may be, I am here to help you get there.
